Why Equine Assisted?
Horses and humans are not so different. Horses, like humans, thrive in connection to others. When a horse feels safe to enter into relationship with a human, that is when the real magic happens! You’ll experience a relationship cultivated from a space of authenticity, which will allow for a greater understanding of your own authentic self and how you show up in relationships.
Here, you will be guided into a safe, secure relationship with an equine guide of your choice. You will begin the process of slowing down and listening to your authentic needs as you navigate this new relationship.
